CANCELLATION OF ORDER PhotoAirFresheners.com begins production on incoming orders once the images are received. You may only cancel prior to sending your pictures. If you already sent your files we are not able accept any order cancellation requests.
REPEAT ORDERS OR RE-ORDERS A repeat order (or “re-order”) may not bear the exact colors as in the “original” order. This is due to several factors relevant to the inconsistency of raw materials, mixing of printing colors paper absorption and/or fragrance.
Shipping policies
SHIPPING & DELIVERY At this time, PhotoAirFresheners.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, PhotoAirFresheners.com ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and to most international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
INTERNATIONAL Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. PhotoAirFresheners.com is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

ARTWORK We pride ourselves on making an outstanding product that can be viewed and enjoyed by many people. We do not accept orders containing pornographic pictures or images or obscene language. If we receive a pornographic image or any nudity of children, we will report it to authorities. PhotoAirFresheners.com. reserves the right to immediately terminate any order for any reason without notice to you in its sole discretion.
UPLOADING YOUR PICTURES:. Upload your art and photos at 200 to 300 dpi with a maximum size of 5megs. Due to the absorbent nature of the paper, ink colors come out slightly darker, so well-lit photos and distinct images work better. Higher quality photos produce better results. Client warrants that client is either the sole creator of all specifications and images or that client has license to use all specifications and images provided to PhotoAirFresheners.com. Client further warrants that the specifications and images do not infringe upon any statutory copyright, common law right, trademark, proprietary right, or any other right. Client in furnishing specifications to PhotoAirFresheners.com, agrees to hold PhotoAirFresheners.com, harmless against any and all claims by way of infringements or the like that arise out of compliance with the specifications and/or art.
ACCEPTED FORMATS: JPEG, TIFF, PNG with a 200 – 300 DPI resolution.
IMPRINT SIZE: Due to “finite” imprint areas, we reserve the right to resize your image in order to fit it into the imprint area; regardless of what size you submit. Please only submit photos that are equal in height and width.
FRAGRANCE: Fragrance longevity varies according to the environment in which the air freshener is placed as well as the individual properties of a fragrance. Since scent is subjective, we cannot be responsible if you do not like a scent you ordered.
ACCESSORIES: PhotoAirFresheners.com is not responsible for any damages caused by any use of accessories. Place air fresheners and accessories in areas that do not block your vision. Place in areas where a fallen air freshener will not damage the surrounding surfaces. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
AIR FRESHENER HANDLING RECOMMENDATIONS: Air Fresheners once removed from the cellophane wrapper must be hung freely and not placed in contact with surrounding materials such as painted surfaces, plastic, leather, fabric, wood and all other materials. Keep away from children and pets. As with all air fresheners, if ingested, seek medical attention.
PRODUCTION TIME: We try to complete orders in 5 business days. This gives us time to layout your image, produce the air freshener, package and ship. Add shipping time estimates
ESTIMATED SHIP DELIVERY TIME: Continental US orders take 3-5 business days once shipped. International orders can take up to 7-21 days.
ESTIMATED SHIP DATES Normal Ship Date: Note that ship dates are only “estimated” and not “guaranteed” for orders with normal production timelines. If you opt for “expedited” shipping method for your “normal production” order, however the production timeline is still only “estimated”. Therefore the order may still not reach you in the timeline required. Rush Ship Date Production time is guaranteed on rush orders; however the delivery dates are only “estimated,” unless you opt for expedited shipping. It is the shipping company’s responsibility to deliver on-time, and we do not guarantee the shipping company’s delivery time. Rush orders are available only when feasible, and we will notify you by email if it is not available.

PRODUCT QUALITY / WEBSITE IMAGES: We make our air fresheners on paper which is produced to absorb fragrance. This also creates slight inconsistencies in the deposit of inks. Therefore, the surface is porous and photos, images, designs and art printed on this surface produce a lower resolution. The design you see on the computer screen represents the art, but does not show how the finished product will look once printed on the air freshener paper. Due to the natural properties of the material and the production process, photo colors and line weight may vary. Slight variations and imperfections in the raw materials may result in possible changes to size, shape, color, marks, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered flaws.
REPLACEMENT POLICY: When an error has been confirmed, (upon following instructions under “claims”) we will make every attempt to promptly redo the order. If we make an error, we will replace the product exactly as you had originally requested minus any errors that we made. Our policy to redo the order and ship it via ground shipping method will still prevail.
CLAIMS / REDOS: Please check your order immediately upon receipt. All claims must be reported within 5 calendar days upon receipt of goods. Claims must be submitted to [email protected] providing us with all the necessary information.

If unable to provide a photograph, you may send us a sample of the product instead. Upon receipt of the “visual”, we will promptly remedy the situation and redo the affected portion of the order if mandated. All redo’s will ship via USPS. If you require expedited shipping, you will be responsible for those charges.
INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PhotoAirFresheners.com and its underlying content and service providers, licensor’s and suppliers, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of submitted material or any other content you submit, post or upload to or transmit through our site, your use of our site, your connection to our site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law, or the rights of another, or any unauthorized use of copyrights, trademarks or other protected images, brands or names. These obligations will survive any termination of your relationship with PhotoAirFresheners.com or your use of our website. PhotoAirFresheners.com reserves the right to assume the defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with PhotoAirFresheners.com in asserting any available defenses.
